This shows that January 1, 2013 will fall on a Tuesday, just as it would have without calendar reform. Thus Election Day will fall on the same day as it would have, November 5.

After I posted this puzzle on Usenet, Karl Heuer posted an ingenious solution:

2012 is a leap year. In addition to the usual 366 days we have 12 Wadidiths and 32 days in Wadiduary, for a total of 410. But 410 mod 8 = 366 mod 7, so there is no net effect on the weekday sequence: the hypothetical year 2013 uses the same calendar as the Gregorian year 2013. Tuesday, November 5, 2013.
