Low-Fat Thanksgiving Dinner
A feast for the eyes!
- 1 rib celery (Pascal or Chinese)
- ¼ cup dried parsley
- water (optional)
Fill the celery rib with the parsley, taking care
not to be generous.
Drizzle with water.
Cut into as many segments as there are people to be served.
Serve cold.
