Galvagni Figures for Polypexes

A Galvagni figure is a polyform that can be tiled by a given polyform in two or more ways. The tilings may be isomorphic. Galvagni Figures were first proposed by Jeremy Galvagni. They appeared in Erich Friedman's Math Magic for October 2004.

Here I show the smallest known Galvagni Figures for polypexes with up to 3 cells. If you find a smaller solution or solve an unsovled case, please write.
