(mortgage number 61612594).  Under the terms of the settlement you
agreed to send us $213.29 in cash on June 22.  So far you have sent
us only $136.11.

     You still owe us $77.18, and the money is now almost a month
overdue.  Please pay us the rest of our money without further delay.
